It's been a while since Josephine.com was shut down, but before it was, I took screenshots of my reviews. I hardly had time to cook for Josephine--it was a total waste of time, effort, and money, but it was a great exercise in recipe development. I also learned that selling food is a profit margins game, not a labor of love. I mentioned these reviews in my latest book Leave Me Alone, I Just Wanna Bake This, so it seemed wise (or idiotic) to go ahead and post them somewhere for y'all non-existent people who are ignoring this blog to verify their veracity.
